AFTER™ is a word I have used to describe a procedure I do.  It involves reprogramming my body by manually creating the frequency shield that my DISH© (Defense Individual Shield Hypothesis, click here) was failing to make. 

How DISH© fits into AFTER.™

When I realized the possibility of the idea of a DISH© and assumed it was the case, it stopped my health from declining. 

When I started using AFTERas a way to manually do what my body should be doing, my health started to improve.  Yes, there were a few times when I was in a holding patter; I was learning.  But whenever I would figure out something new, my health would take a jump to the next plateau. 

If you could picture a small energy field around your body (DISH©), it would have a frequency. The frequency would be based on what the body allowed to come to the surface of the skin. When the shield is strong, most of what a person would encounter in the day would just bounce off it. Picture the card game, War. The one with the higher energy field won. 

DISH©: Defensive Individual Shield Hypothesis

DISH© is a concept and term I came up with. It has two jobs. 

  1. Shield the Body
  2. Sort what the Body Encounters

When DISH© is doing its job, I am winning against my health challenges. When it is NOT doing its job, I am losing.

What I wanted then was to be the strongest energy field in my immediate environment.  There were two ways to make my energy field stronger.  One is to strengthen it.  If you can picture a bucket with holes in it, I wanted to plug up those holes.  The other is to lighten the load.  How? By manipulating the frequency of the energy field around me.  By doing this, my detox organs would not have to work as hard. Remember: for DISH©, if ‘something’ was on the outside and inside of the body, the work was more easily done.

AFTER™ Explained

Remember DISH© has two jobs.  AFTER™ is the process of doing those two jobs manually AND reprogramming the body to eventually do it on its own. The reprogramming needed to be done for missing information and mis-information. (This page explains this.)

  • I do use homeopathic remedies & essential oils to do AFTER™
  • However, I  take them orally probably only 1% of the time. 
  • I had taken homeopathic remedies for over three years before I hit a wall with my health. 
  • My homeopath did not know how to help me either. She said she was past her expertise. (She was also a licensed acupuncturist.)

Job #1: Shielding

There were two main ways I worked on keeping my shield up

Body Meridians:

I needed a general guideline for the meridians in my body. 

  • Which meridians were my strongest?
  • Which meridians were my weakest?
  • Which meridians were detox meridians?
  • Where were all these different meridians generally located?

By knowing this information, I could target certain areas of the body to assist only the areas that needed help.  By ‘plugging’ these holes, I was able to create a complete shield with minimal ‘leaks.’  The plugging of these holes involved taping essential oils, supplements, homeopathic remedies, food, or other objects found in my environment.  It only took a trace amount.

The magnets are all about energy. Generally speaking, the stronger the energy the stronger the shield.

A.  Acupuncture magnets were taped on specific locations. These were as a last resort when I could not figure out what needed to be used.

B.  Magnetic leg wraps were used to heal my bones faster.

C.  I have used magnetic bracelets and anklets for a generalized boost in energy flow on joints.

D. I also had a continual ‘blanket’ like Linus on the Peanuts show. It is a magnetic seat cushion.  I used to have to sit on it or hold it on my core all the time.  Not anymore.  I mostly just sleep on it and use it when in the car for preventative measures now. 

E.  I have used what is called the Magboy MANY times. (I’ll include a post here when I get it written.)

F.  I also recently started using the magnetized copper bracelet & anklet. I think it would have been too strong for me any sooner.

Job #2: Sorting

This manual sorting in a nutshell involved holding different objects in my energy field (0-12 inches away from my body) for a certain period of time, which varied.  By having these items in my proximity, it was like they were on the surface of my skin.  It prevented my body from having to ‘deal with them.’   My body would then be able to focus on the target.

  • Manual sorting also required me to try to remember different times when I was exposed to something that was making my shield weak.
  • I would sway test to confirm if those items were a part of the problem.
  • I would gather all those things together into one place.
  • I would then do what I would call a batch. (This gets complicated, but I’ll put a link here when I get that post written.)
  • A batch would include
    • A trigger
    • A target (sometimes the same as the trigger, but not always)
    • Items that were grouped in the batch
    • A release
    • And sometimes essential oils to give me strength
  • By doing this batch, I was reprogramming my body.
  • The target would be what my body was trying to learn how to fight. When this batch was done, my body was then able to know what something was and how to get rid of it.
I know how crazy this sounds.
But it worked over and over again.

Why AFTER™ was so Difficult to Do

The concept of DISH© is pretty simple, however applying AFTER™, was a different story. It took me five years to figure it out. Another five years to fine tune it and realize how deep it went. The more I learned, the more my health improved, and the more amazed I was at what I was figuring out worked.

Learning Curve

So, in my mind, AFTER™ is hard. But, if I knew then what I know now, would it be? I don’t know. I just know how I did it. I don’t know if steps can be skipped. I don’t know if it could be done quicker if I understood it completely before I began. Logic says yes, though. 

Is the progress I’m making now going so much more quickly because I am stronger, or because I now know what to do. 

With that being said, I still believe it needed to be done in a certain order.  I had to deal with the smaller issues before I could deal with the larger ones.  Why?

Everything is Connected

If you see by this diagram of triangles, everything is connected.  Making the artificial DISH© requires making batches.  These batches overlap and are held together by a ‘kingpin’ (the black rod in the above picture).  My body was failing at its DISH© job already.  My organs were already overburdened. I needed to ease into switching the job from manual to automatic.

I needed to neutralize (train my body how to remove) the smaller triangles, then the larger triangles, then the kingpin.  If I didn’t go in the correct order, my body would get overburdened and ‘the chain would fall off again.’ (Bike analogy here.) 

Not only that but each meridian is stacked differently, and you can only work on what is ‘on top.’ To ‘overcome’ it (whatever it happens to be in the current batch), it needed to be ‘on top’ of all 14 meridians to be released (no longer connected to any other items).

I know this probably sounds confusing and I am using unfamiliar words, but the patterns are there and it did work for me.

Locating WHAT Needs Dealt With

The way I did this was through studying my history (medical, environmental, and emotional), looking for patterns, researching about nutrition and other ingredients, and getting good at sway testing.  Still, it was not an easy task.  Sometimes it would take a few months before I could figure out how it was connected or what I was missing.  And I needed to know that information.  My brain wanted the information.  It was like there was a detour roadblock.  It needed to find a different route to take.  My brain needed to know the missing information before it could continue.

And if that wasn’t difficult enough, enter what I have named mimickers.  A mimicker is when something that needed to be out of the body was copying something that needed to be in the body.  Strontium-90 and strontium was an easy one to figure out once I knew mimickers existed.  But, sometimes it wasn’t that simple.  For example, because of my faulty DISH©, when my body would try to reject aspirin from my body, it would reject glycine (an amino acid) with it. I needed to hold glycine in order for my body to continue to remove aspirin. Explained in a car analogy, here

When trying to overcome a hurdle of any kind, sometimes it is just inches away.  Sometimes we just need a little bit of help or boost to make it that extra inch to reach success and continue the game of life.   A person who has their nose an inch above water will live, the one who doesn’t…well?

I strongly believe AFTER™ gave me that extra inch.  I have discovered predictable patterns that have worked consistently over and over again.  I have regained most of my health.  I have lived ten years past the expiration date my doctor gave me.

It was not easy to figure out, but I am still here.  I have not arrived health-wise yet, but I am so much better off than I was.  If it worked for me, could it help others too?  Could this be a way to combat covid-19?  It sounds crazy, but I never would have thought any of this was possible if I hadn’t experienced it myself.
