I just needed to fix BOTH my missing information & my mis-information.

How I am fixing my missing information.

Two Types of Missing Information

1.  The body was missing the information needed to remove toxins from the body.

2.  The mind was missing the information needed to remember how toxins were related to each other. 

1. I reprogrammed my body.

I decided to see if I could retrain my body to detox. 

Stay with me here. I know it sounds crazy. 

I’m not talking about meditation, I’m talking about targeting different organs in the body and telling them, re-teaching them, what to do.

If I said, “Detox my body,” nothing would happen.  My body didn’t understand what that phrase meant.  In fact, it took almost four months of training before my body finally understood the command, ‘detox the body.’

By systematically targeting one organ at a time, I could feel my body getting stronger. I could feel myself taking deeper breaths as I worked through each necessary organ. 

The first day, I worked on this for over three hours! But persistence paid off. Eventually I came up with a script that I will share with you later.

You may say, ‘I don’t have three hours.’ Well, then you are healthier than I was.  I was bed ridden.

It took so long because even though I just told my body what to do, it kept forgetting! 

That very evening, and every day after, I had the strength to move about the house again.  Occasionally, I did need to lie down and remind my body what to do.  It usually took no more than ten minutes to get my body back on track. 

One day, after a couple of months training, I was busily focused on making supper, when suddenly the script entered my mind, ‘have the liver, kidney, air sacs, skin and nervous system act like any essential oil, remedy, or invader combination necessary in order to neutralize the toxins and release them from the body.’

Weird?  It’s like my body tried rebooting on its own.  It was relearning!  I didn’t need to lie down to do it anymore!

I know it sometimes hurts when hoping for something to finally work when struggling with health challenges.  But I want to give you hope anyway.  

2. Something I noticed about low serotonin.

I would also like to mention here that when you have had low serotonin in the past, it is almost like you develop a feel for when it is normal or low, like a heart rate for other people. 

You don’t need to test to see if your heart rate is up.  You just know it is. 

I got to the point where I could tell when my serotonin was low.  I began to notice a pattern.  I also noticed that it would almost instantly switch back to normal. 

What caused this sudden switch?  Mental connections

For example, picture, if you will,  a cartoon mouse having hundreds of cats chasing him down the alley.  When he gets to the end of the alley, a big dog shows up standing where the mouse is heading.  Suddenly, all the cats scatter and retreat.  The mouse is overjoyed.  He is liberated.

Well, that is what it felt like for me. 

My brain was missing information .  It was frantically sorting through countless cabinets of files trying to remember how something was connected to something else. Fatigue would set in.

It was like my brain needed to know the pathway, the connections, in order to allow the toxin to know how to leave. Once that file was found, boom, everything was back to normal again. Kinda freaky.

The cats saw the dog and fled.  The bogged down feeling disappeared. Instantly.

Why were those files missing?

Not sure.

When I would make a mental connection of how different objects or situations had certain things in common, it was like a click in the brain.  The body now knew how to deal with what it was trying to remove from my body. 

My subconscious mind might not necessarily remember it later, but the conscious mind could remind it again.  And again.  As needed.

I guess it was like trying to teach my kids to always put their shoes where they belong when they took them off.  Hit and miss. 

But the more you told the body, the more it became a hit.

This was my first jump towards better health.

This retraining of the body was possibly the single biggest immediate difference that occurred in my road to recovery. 

I was astonished and confused at it making such a big difference. 

It also made me realize I had a significant amount of reprogramming to do!

Why did it needed reprogrammed? 

Was it only missing information, or something else? 

It took me another six years before I realized what this something else may be. 

That is when I started fine tuning A.F.T.E.R.™ (Altering Fields to Enable Recovery: Keep reading, I’ll explain this shortly.) and really started making a lot of progress in my health.

How I am fixing my mis-information.

Correcting mis-information requires a type of body reprogramming of as well.

 However, it is accomplished in a different way

It basically boils down to recreating what I have called batches

A batch is a group of energy fields that are connected to each other. 

From my previous analogy, it is the group of passengers in the car I mentioned.  We want to give each passenger their own car again.

Altering Fields to Enable Recovery

1. What does a person do?

Let’s say for example I needed to fight whooping cough and strep throat. 

How am I supposed to be able to do that when I apparently wasn’t strong enough to fight strep throat in the first place?

I held one of the homeopathic remedies inside of my energy field. 
It didn’t matter which remedy I held. But by holding it, I was able to postpone fighting that particular illness.

I was able to target just one illness at a time.  My experience has been that I would want to hold the more harmful one first when possible. 

It is like jumping over a barricade. Holding the more harmful one meant that I didn’t have to jump as high to get started. 

The one I was  holding  was the one I was NOT working on. 

This was doing the sorting job so my organs could target just one illness at a time.

I was manually doing what the mystery sorting system was failing to do!?

2. Is it really that simple?

Yes and NO!

3. What do I mean?

Remember.  Everything has energy.

Everything we come into contact with every day has energy.

We are only able to repel the energy fields that are weaker than our own.  It was like the card game, War.  The highest card won.  The strongest energy field won.

If my body failed at this repelling, the stronger energy field had the potential of combining with what was weakening my body in the first place.  What my body was focusing on fighting at that time.

Is it really just a cup of coffee?

Energy cannot be created or destroyed.

So what is the cup of coffee really?

I want to pour myself a cup of black coffee. [I’ll keep it simple.]  So far so good.  I am stronger than anything that I have come into contact with. 

The coffee pot’s water tank and filter holder were made of plastic and possibly went through a metal or paper filter.  Some non-drip pots have metal coils that the coffee drips over to get to the glass or metal pot.  Another energy field.

This isn’t even including the cushion of the chair I’m about to sit on.  What about the legs of the chair? Are they the same material? How about the table I plan to sit my coffee cup on?  What is the table top made of?

What did I pour the coffee into? Ceramic? Porcelain? Plastic? Metal?

Did I touch a metal cabinet knob to open the cupboard door to get my cup out? Is the cabinet door painted?

All of these objects have energy fields that are bouncing off my energy field.  I have the stronger field.

What if something was weakening my DISH? What if I had the computer or radio on or my cell phone in my pocket?

What if I touched the light switch to turn the light on? Or I walked by the refrigerator when it kicked on? All of those have a much stronger energy field than all the other previous items I mentioned. They might even have a stronger energy field than me.  For me, that is all it took for the difference between “shields up” or “shields down.”

Energy fields staying separate and energy fields mixing with each other. 

If this was what was happening, oh man! I was overwhelmed at first.

Do you realize how many possible combinations of mixed energy fields there could be? I have a Math major and I don’t even want to figure out that answer.  An incomprehensible number!

What is a body to do?

I wanted to be wrong.
But what if I wasn’t?

I decided to move forward with it. 
In the process, I have discovered many patterns.

(On a good note, weak energy fields usually could be dealt with in under 20 minutes. )

How Do I Do A.F.T.E.R.™?

In a nut shell, I have worked on developing a system that involves batches, triggers to the batches, and manually doing what D.I.S.H.© is suppose to be doing. I even needed to create my own vocabulary to explain it. 

I have broken it down into 5 phases.

I am still tweaking it because I never thought I was going to share it.  It is like somebody asking you where the letter ‘c’ is on the keyboard.  It is easier to know it than to explain it.
