Playing the Game of Health

Spread the love

Introduction

To better make sense of this page, I suggest you quickly scan How Does It Work, Possible Problem, and Is It Fixable.  This will give you a feel for the terminology I am using and how I tackled this challenge.

I know it sometimes hurts when hoping for something to finally work when struggling with health challenges.  But I want to give you hope anyway.

The Playing Field

The best way to describe what is going on is to look at it like a video game.  The first levels are easy but each level you progress through will either include more enemies or more aggressive ones. I don’t know if it’s possible to just ‘skip’ to the end of all the levels and battle the final challenge to complete the game.

The body may need to make itself stronger first by passing all the other levels, removing all other ‘bad guys.’  That way all your focus can be directed at only the ‘final challenge’ of the game.  At least, it is how I had to do it.  Does that make sense?

The other thing that needed to be kept in mind was the three main challenges that are encountered when dealing with any toxins when my ‘chain’ tended to fall off still. (How Does It Work explains this bike analogy.)’

number, 3, three

1.

The sorting system may see two different things as being the same thing.

I mentioned this in the car analogy as being the good strontium (necessary nutrient for the body) was being seen as strontium 90. It was not always as simple as that. Sometimes it was more subtle.  For example, plastic and collagen were being seen as the same thing. (Collagen is crucial for the body’s connective tissues and intestines.) This may be because they are both polymers.  This was what I called a Resemblance Batch, which I explain further down this page.

same, different, difference

2.

Forcing something to leave BEFORE it is separated from the Good Guy.

Sometimes when removing a Bad Guy, the toxin ‘pulled’ a Good Guy out with it.  For example, when I tried to remove the radiation from my body, I really struggled with being too toxic and having lots of inflammation.  That is, until I realized that when I was forcing the radiation out, I was also forcing cerium (collagen) from my body.

In nature, strontium 90 is not present without cerium being with it.  I needed to hold ‘the equivalent’ of cerium in my energy field.  Even though the toxicity and inflammation left immediately, I needed to continue holding this ‘cerium’ in my energy field constantly for 14 full 24 hour days.   Then only periodically, as I ‘grew batches.’

Sometimes when removing a Bad Guy,
a Good Guy will be 'pulled' out with it.

can NEITHER be
created
NOR destroyed.

3.

Sometimes removing the toxin is as harmful or even more harmful than the toxin itself.

The Law of Conservation of Mass states that matter can neither be created nor destroyed.  Something must happen to these toxins.  For some heavy metals, not only do they ‘pull’ necessary minerals and amino acids from the body, but they also ‘turn into’ the equivalent of chemical-radiation.  (I read that some where a long time ago.  I need to find my source for this.)

So, due diligence was crucial here.

The Rules of the Game

To Win: Eliminate all Bad Guys while keeping the Good Guys

How to Accomplish this Goal:  Separate the Good Guys from the Bad Guys while keeping the chain on the bike. (Bike Analogy)

Warning Whistle:  Inflammation and candida are the brakes on the bike.  It was my body’s way of telling me to slow down or the chain will fall off again.  The Good Guy has not been separated from the Bad Guy yet. (Car Analogy at the bottom of the Is It Fixable page)

Strategy: In the simplest explanation, picture a fist fight.  I cornered the Bad Guy all by itself and started beating it up until I started getting in more punches than the Bad Guy.  When his friends saw this, they tried to rush in to help him.  The friends are the by-product in this analogy.  These by-products started beating me up also.  I could win against just the one, but not when I was being ganged up on.

I needed a way to prevent his friends from coming in to help. So that it could be just the one Bad Guy and me battling it out.  How did I keep this by-product at bay?  I held the by-product in my energy field.

It enabled me to battle only the one I was focused on.  When I was done fighting the original toxin, I then turned around and looked for the other ‘challengers.’
If they were minor, they usually fled.  If they were more intimidating, they were next.

Guidelines: TWO GROUND RULES.

  1.  Everything is in Batches:  Just like no man is an island, no toxin is independent of other things.  The key is to understand how batches are made.  I needed to single out the toxin from the rest of the items in a batch before I could start attacking it.  For example, let us say you really love jellybeans, but you absolutely hate black jellybeans.  You hate them so much that you always destroy every black jellybean you see. Now somebody dumps a pile of jellybeans onto the table.  Are you going to start smashing the black jellybeans with a hammer, or are you going to put them in a separate pile from the rest of the jellybeans before you proceed to destroying them?

In order to better be able to single out a toxin,
I needed to understand how these batches were made.

Be Brave Enough to Take One More Try

I know it sometimes hurts when hoping for something to finally work when struggling with health challenges.  But I want to give you hope anyway.

The better I understood batches, the easier it was to break them down into smaller pieces.  By doing that, I could single out a particular toxin to target it.

Batches are made

in two different ways.

Exposure Batches

I was exposed to the items at the same time.

For example: Styrofoam and coffee.

Resemblance Batches

The items were like each other

For example:  Kerosene and gasoline.

(There are still two other rules for batches, but I want to avoid too much information at once.)

2.  Avoid ‘Key Players’: For me, these Key Players were the particularly harmful toxins found in the Camp Lejeune water poison: benzene, radiation, and plastic.  If I continued to encounter these Key Players, I would be adding batches to what I needed to fight before I could single the toxin out.  So, I considered any contact with these Key Players as a step backwards.  If it was a football game and we were trying for a first and ten, we just lost 20 yards.

This is why it was so complicated for me.

Camp Lejeune’s toxins consisted of some really Bad Guys.
If they kept entering and leaving my energy field, it would ‘trigger’ an Exposure Batch of some really harmful stuff.  Forcing me to have to deal with (fight off) all those Key Players together.

There are also other complications of ‘the game’ that I needed to understand. But, they are deserving of a page all their own.  (Other Complications)  Just know that I am trying to keep the analogy as simple as possible.

Single out

My Game Plan

Single out one Bad Guy at a time to eliminate.  I started with egg.

I had to avoid all allergens. Because of Camp Lejeune, that was particularly difficult:  benzene, plastic, and radiation. (Talk about a difficult task.  They are EVERYWHERE, in obvious ways and in disguise.)

For example, it took me nine months to single benzene out from the rest of all the other items. (Basically, because it was in the Camp Lejeune water, anything that came into contact with water was fair game for being part of this benzene batch.  Ugh!)

Once I was strong enough to fight benzene, I needed to hold it in my energy field ALL THE TIME. For two years. When I was doing this, I was ‘growing’ batches.  I was tackling everything that was connected to benzene.  By holding the benzene at this point, it enabled me to not need to fight benzene.  It enabled my body to focus on the toxins ‘connected’ to benzene. Benzene was being prevented from joining the fight.

army, camouflage, group

Once my body was able to fight what benzene was connected to, it then needed to fight the combination.
I did this by periodically putting benzene outside of my energy field.  This went on for another two years.  Sometimes I needed tea tree oil to help strengthen me to fight the batches.  But I did all this benzene fighting before I realized that, for me, benzene mimicked TMG (Trimethyl glycine).  It is a rare nutrient that your thyroid needs in order to operate properly. (https://www.drchristianson.com/7-rare-nutrients-your-thyroid-needs-to-survive/)

Once ALL the items in ALL the batches were neutralized, benzene was then a non-issue.
‘Neutralized’ is a term I concocted to mean the that the body is fighting and able to defeat a toxin.
It did NOT necessarily mean the toxin was GONE from the body though
.

For example, if benzene was the color red, and we finished getting rid of all the red, would it be gone?
If there is the color orange some place, then NO.  Because red with yellow makes orange.  See?

Not easy... No small task...

Be Brave Enough to Take One More Try

I know it sometimes hurts when hoping for something to finally work when struggling with health challenges.  But I want to give you hope anyway.

What next?    Train my body.

At this point, I realized I needed to reprogram the mis-information.
I needed to separate the Bad Guy (Benzene) from the Good Guy (TMG).
I needed to hold TMG in my energy field for 50 hours, and avoid consuming any TMG or Benzene at that time.

people, woman, urban

Once I retrained my body, I was cleared to replenish my TMG levels and they would actually stay replenished whereas before they would not.

If I noticed I needed to start taking TMG again, it was a clue that the ‘chain fell off.’ I held it again and kept moving forward.  Ten steps forward, one step back is fine with me.  Just keep on keeping on.

To this day, whenever I go anywhere in a car or if I’m going to be walking where there is traffic, I slip the TMG pill into my pocket or purse before I head out.  (Benzene is in all petroleum products.)  If I don’t do this simple thing, I usually would need to take the supplement later in the day.

Ten steps forward, one step back is fine with me.
Just keep on keeping on.

So as you see, this was/is no easy game to play.  I would not wish it on anyone.  But with that being said, it was/is worth it to me.  It gave me my life back. The patterns and procedures are there. They consistently worked for me once I figured them out.

The patterns are still working for me.

freedom, break, handcuffs

At this point I would like to say…“And that is how the game is played.  That’s it.”
But instead I have to say the game gets even MORE COMPLICATED for me.
I talk about this on the page Other Complications

Yes, there seemed to be an endless number of rules to follow to play this game.
I’m only participating because I had no other choice.  But I also think the game would have been easier to ‘play’ if it was not for SO MANY factors that were in my past.  (Mainly the Camp Lejeune water contamination, several events that happened to my mom when she was pregnant with me, and living in two foreign countries during my childhood.) But that being said, with each new concept I figured out, my health always improved.

Don’t get me wrong…
I would not have had the will power to keep doing this if I was not regularly seeing results
I was usually able to fix the minor things quite quickly just following the concepts around D.I.S.H.© and A.F.T.E.R.™  The more major ones usually took longer.  But because of these two concepts, I do NOT have these problems anymore.
