Really Bad Guys Against My Health

Be Brave Enough to Take One More Try

I know it sometimes hurts when hoping for something to finally work when struggling with health challenges.  But I want to give you hope anyway.

The Scenario

When playing this “game” of gaining my health back, the smaller players were easy to eliminate.  The bigger players, not so much.  But…it really became difficult (but NOT impossible) when the really bad guy showed up.  This bad guy was always there.  He just didn’t need to be on the front lines when there was so many other players doing the job of weakening me.  As I became stronger, this bad guy realized that maybe I was going to beat him.  He decided it was his turn to finish the game before I had a chance to win.

Time for a New Analogy

We are no longer “playing a game.”

This is life or death.  We are on a mission.
This bad guy needed to be taken down.
So let’s look at him as an arch enemy.

It did not really matter who this arch enemy was.

The same steps worked for each Really Bad Guy I challenged.
So, how did I get rid of my arch enemy?

Back to rule #1 of war.  KNOW YOUR ENEMY.

How did I do that?  The same way anybody would eliminate a menace to society, reconnaissance.

Finding the Bad Guy

For me, I had no idea who these Really Bad Guys were until I found out about Camp Lejeune.  I was given a list of contaminants.  So, I guess I had it easy there.  But, these three main contaminants (benzene, radiation, plastic) I am going to address are everywhere, for everybody.  Does that mean they are other people’s arch enemies too?  I don’t know. But this is how I had their butts put in jail.

As I mentioned before in Playing the Game, I needed to target one at a time.  For the Really Bad Guys, I started with benzene.  Radiation was second and Plastic was last.  The steps are the same for each one. Just the information is different.  (I am going to stick with just benzene throughout the rest of this analogy, to keep it simple.)

1. Where is HIS hideout?

I looked up benzene.  I needed to know what it was and if he went by any aliases.  I also needed to find out what it is found in.  This gave me his location.  I now knew what I needed to avoid in my diet and my environment.

2. Who is in HIS gang?

When searching for his hideout, I also kept an eye out for HIS gang members.  (Remember when Playing the Game, everything is connected.)  I needed to know who HE was hanging out with so I could pick the weaker members off one at a time until he was all alone.

Sometimes, I would notice that he had a couple of HENCHMEN who would also fill in for him.  Benzene had aluminum and phosphoric acid.  These three were interchangeable in MANY products.  So, you could look at it like they were the family heads of a larger mafia group.  Each one had MANY people under them as well.  Everything was connected.

That being said, this only reiterated…
the importance of being able to knock out this GUY.

3. What is HIS superpower?

Like any comic strip arch enemy, this Really Bad Guy probably had a superpower.  Why else would he still be a challenge to capture?  So, more research.

This is where it started to get a little tricky.  (Okay, I confess REALLY DIFFICULT.)  But maybe that was because HE was the first one I was trying to track down.  I was still a rookie.   I did not know the proper interrogation questions to ask yet.

Several months into this reconnaissance, I happened to stumble across a page in a book.  I do not even remember the name of the book.  But, it made a HUGE IMPACT figuring this GUY out.

I am not a chemist and I don’t even really understand what the author was talking about.  It was saying something about benzene being so unique because of the ring it forms.  It then showed a picture of this ring.  I saw a circle.  Flash back to high school again.  Arches and circles have a strength to them that no other shape did.  Could it be possible that frequencies could become trapped in those circles I was looking at?  I don’t know.  But it did get me going in the correct direction when I was at a stand still.  (Mystery Writer Speak: the trail had gone cold on where to find HIM.)

After that, every time I did a “batch”, I needed to repeat the batch again with benzene.  Benzene needed to be mixed with what ever the target item was.  This new combination was then seen as an individual unit.  Every single time.  Progress forward.  We were on the trail again.

Was this circle thing the real reason why I needed to do this?  I don’t know.  But it worked.

Keep moving forward.
The trail was getting warmer.

Catching the Bad Guy

Finally the Really Bad Guy was separated from all his gang members.  He had run into a crowded room.
But when I followed him in there, where was HE?
Where was HE hiding?  Do I dare leave?
I have never been this close to catching HIM before.  Now what?  Think, think, think. Look, look, look.

1. Does HE wear a mask?

scam, hacker, security

I know.  It was obvious!  He was trying to blend in.  He was trying to look like he was supposed to be there.  He was trying to look just like part of the crowd.  He was a mimicker.  He was “imitating” an essential nutrient or hormone the body needed.

I have absolutely no way to prove this but when “the chain” fell off my bike (Explained in How Does It Works), TMG (Trimethyl glycine: an essential nutrient for proper thyroid function) was being rejected whenever I was rejecting the benzene.  I think benzene may have the same frequency as TMG.  When I was attacking and forcing benzene out, I was also forcing TMG out.  The body could not run on empty for any necessary nutrient.  The body did all it could do, but at one point it had to quit.  The body ran too low on this essential nutrient.  It had to let the BAD GUY get away.  Shooting into the crowd, even though you knew HE was there would have meant injured Innocent By-Standers.  Not good.

2. Watch out for Innocent By-Standers.

HE now knew we were on to him.  What next?  HE saw me getting ready for battle.  I was crouched down yelling at all the Innocent By-Standers to get out of the way so I could have a clear shot.  In a panic, HE undoubtably grabbed a few hostages.  These hostages were the nutrients that tended to be “pulled” out when something was being removed.  For example, when removing Heavy Metals from the body, your body will be depleted of some minerals and essential amino acids.

What to do?  I could not save all of them, but I could minimize the injuries.  How?  By reading the labels again.  This time, instead of looking for the bad guys, I looked for the good guys.  I held the good guys in my energy field.  Somehow, if these nutrients had not been tainted, doing this made my body hold onto the untainted ones instead of losing them.  (Car Analogy: I could not rescue the ones in the car with the bad guy.  But I could divert the ones who weren’t to a different off ramp, so they could stay in the system.)  I know it sounds crazy, but it worked for me.

3. What does HE do when he gets caught

Once HE was caught, my problems were still not over yet.  This being caught was the equivalent of me being strong enough to remove the toxins from my body.  However, anytime toxins are removed, they create by-product.  (Remember, nothing can be created or destroyed.)  For some Really Bad Guys, this by-product is WORSE than the toxin itself.  For benzene and radiation, I haven’t really seen any superpower in this form.  But for plastic, (which most people don’t realize is like a heavy metal), its by-product was worse than HE was!  It wreaked havoc on my liver!

4. Watch out for Copy Cats

Done now?  Sort of.  All notorious criminals will undoubtably have a Copy Cat or two.  Not as evil, but still needed dealt with in the same way.  For benzene, something that had the same properties as it was L-Phenylalanine, an amino acid the body needed.  Even though he was a good guy, he sometimes hung around a bad crowd (In pharmacuticals).  Because of that, he had to suffer the same consequences.  The bad stuff was trapped inside.  You get the picture?
For plastic, the copy cat was acrylic and other types of polymers.  I’m still working on this one.

With that being said, at this point in my journey (Summer 2020), it appears I have two Really Bad Guys in jail. Benzene and Radiation.

ONLY ONE (sort of) left to go!
Plastic... and HIS by-product.
I talk more about benzene on Other Complications.
